Point Breeze was the birthplace of Sean’s Helping Hands! From the initial stages in development of his real estate company, Streamline, Sean began creating positive relationships with the long standing residents of this community.
A few years later, our ambitious leader built his home in Point Breeze, Philadelphia.

We have recently expanded our ventures in the neighborhood of Kensington. We have several projects in the pipeline and hope to aid in the redevelopment of local parks and community spaces.
In 2018, Sean’s Helping Hands donated over 100 Thanksgiving meals to the Kensington Community through a partnership with Norris Square Neighborhood Project and the Olde Kensington Neighborhood Association.
Whole Foods was the primary sponsor of our 2018 Thanksgiving Drive. Frankford High School students volunteered their time and helped us put together the meals for local residents!
